In the app
- Open ALDA Nest and go to Settings.
- Tap Delete my account.
- Type your password to confirm.
Can't open the app?
Sign in here with the username and password your nursery or kindergarten gave you.
Lost your password? Your nursery or kindergarten can give you a new one.
Deleted straight away
Your login, name, phone number, private chats, their pictures and your notifications are deleted straight away.
Kept by the nursery or kindergarten
Your child's records stay with the nursery or kindergarten, which is responsible for them: the daily log, health records, attendance, invoices and receipts. So does the security log of what was done.
If you own the nursery or kindergarten
Deleting it closes the nursery or kindergarten for every family and teacher. You have 14 days to change your mind in the app. After that ALDA deletes the nursery or kindergarten's children, families, staff, messages, pictures and records, and your login, within 30 days. ALDA keeps only its own invoices and payments for the nursery or kindergarten, as accounting records, and the security log of what was done.
